Wellness Ambulatory Surgery Center accepts most major commercial insurance, HMO/PPO plans, Medicare, Workers Compensation, and other government sponsored health coverage. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage.
Be prepared to pay your deductible, copay or coinsurance amounts on the day services are rendered. Patients who do not have insurance coverage are required to pay their charges in advance. Please contact our business office for pricing information.
Wellness Ambulatory Surgery Center will bill your primary and secondary carriers, or government sponsored health coverage directly for the facility fees. On the day of your procedure, we request you bring your current insurance information, Medicare or public assistance card, for both primary and secondary insurances. To ensure that you receive maximum reimbursement from your insurance carrier(s), please note whether you or your physician need to meet any admission requirements, such as pre-authorization, physician referral or second opinion. Failure to meet these requirements could reduce or even eliminate your insurance benefits.

Once your claim has processed, we will bill you for any portion that maybe not be covered by insurance; this will be due upon receipt. For your convenience, you can pay your surgery bill online. Please visit the Online Bill Pay link below to be directed to the secure online payment website.
